Do I need to be home?
No. Most clients leave a key or a lockbox code. Your crew texts when they arrive and when they lock up.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, everything including the vacuum. If you prefer your own products or fragrance-free ones, leave them out and we will use those.
Should I tidy up before you come?
Pick up clothes and loose papers if you can, so the time goes to cleaning. Dishes in the sink are fine.
What if I need to reschedule?
Give us 48 hours and there is no fee. Inside 48 hours we may charge part of the visit, because the crew's day is already planned.
Do you clean small offices?
Yes, offices up to about 3,000 square feet, after hours or early morning. Call for a walk-through and a fixed monthly price.
